All products are sold as-is and are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been processed and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

To ensure prompt resolution, include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Accuracy

Please carefully review your order prior to checkout. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been submitted.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Product Handling

All products must be handled and stored according to provided guidelines. We are not responsible for product degradation due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
