Thank you for shopping with BKG Performance Partners. We are committed to processing and shipping orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays,processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods


We currently offer shipping through trusted national carriers, which may include:

USPS, UPS, or FedEx


Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout when available.

Shipping Timeframes


Estimated delivery times generally range from 2–7business days after an order has shipped, depending on the destination and carrier service selected.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Address Accuracy


Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

BKG Performance Partners is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before shipment,but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier,delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

BKG Performance Partners is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or stolen after confirmed shipment or delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, household members, building staff, or your local carrier office.

We are happy to assist with providing tracking information or helping you begin a carrier claim when possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48hours of delivery at:

Please include:

- Your order number  
- Photos of the damaged packaging  
- Photos of the damaged product  
- A brief description of the issue  

We will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution.

Temperature-Sensitive Products


Some products may be sensitive to heat, cold, or extended transit times.

We take care in packaging orders appropriately; however,customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly upon delivery.

BKG Performance Partners is not responsible for products left outside, exposed to weather, or not retrieved in a timely manner after delivery.

Domestic Shipping


At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available, additional terms, restrictions, customs requirements, and shipping fees may apply.

Restricted Locations


Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on applicable laws, carrier rules, or product classification.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot legally or safely be shipped to the requested destination.

Order Cancellations


Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or transferred to the carrier, it cannot be canceled.
